At K for Kiddies, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.

Return Approval: All returns are subject to review and approval by K for Kiddies. Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds: Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be arranged through a suitable payment method.

Cash on Delivery Orders: For COD orders, approved refunds will be arranged through a suitable payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
